Dhruval’s clarity of long-term vision, achieved through short-term goals, shapes the practice into one driven by solutions. Close to two decades of experience with leading design firms and real-estate giants have honed his project and people management skills — which, in turn, help him lead a practice as well as the myriad projects it undertakes. His gregarious personality and even temperament ensure an apex team that is well-knit and passionate about the job getting done correctly.
Endowed with an artistic nature manifested in an interest in the smallest of details and a love for experimentation, this enthusiastic doodler likes the firm’s projects to be impeccably styled and accessorised. ‘What if?’ is Kavita’s mantra as she looks beyond the obvious, be it terms of colours or material applications. Almost 15 years of solid grounding with industry leaders in architecture and realty gives a practical edge to her artistic personality.
The newest member in the 88 team, Tomnet brings with him invaluable experience garnered by working with iconic practices and projects for 17 years. Sensitive to details, his visualisation and sketching skills prove irreplaceable while conveying ideas to design teams so that their essence stays intact. His excellent project management skills are the proverbial cherry on the cake.
